Dear friends, family, Church family, and past supporters,
As some of you might know, last January – June of 2007 I experienced some of the most miraculous, amazing, and God-fulfilling times of my life. Through the aid of many generous supporters, I was given the opportunity to serve our Lord, Jesus Christ, in the streets of Australia, in the slums of Durban, and among the prostitutes, destitutes, and homeless children in South Africa. I thought I was going into the world to affect lives, bring the love of Jesus, deliver the message of the Gospel, and see lives changed. Although those things did occur, what I didn’t realize was that my life was forever going to be altered and transformed for the Kingdom of God. This was my Humility. My eyes have been opened to a world that is in need of a Savior!
Friends, I am here to tell you that the Lord is on the move! Mighty wonders are happening all over the world for the sake of hastening the Kingdom of Heaven. He is doing powerful things not just in other countries but in America as well! Our country is the most profitable and powerful country in the world at this time. That is something to praise Him for! We, as a nation, are called by God to give to the advancing of the Kingdom throughout the nations of the world. I just couldn’t believe my eyes when I witnessed first hand the oppression and poverty during my time in South Africa. We stayed in Kwa Ma Shu, Durban, and Piet Retief.
Any help you can provide is needed, even if it is the pennies on the floorboard of your car. It multiplies I promise…I have seen it happen many times! But more so it is the power of your prayers that are needed. Thank you for your time.

This will be a history-making trip. We will be introducing Character Connex to our fifth country worldwide. This will be our third trip with children’s leaders. Last year we took 26 children’s leaders to the Philippines and worked with Family Circus. It was an amazing trip. We presented in over 36 schools and saw 36,000 students reached in four days of outreach. We also left six complete Character Connex kits that Family Circus is using today in those 36 schools.
The focus of these trips is to provide training for local teams so that they can continue reaching their schools after we leave. We will also help train and equip leaders who reach children in Costa Rica. Our friends in Costa Rica really feel like Character Connex will make a great difference in the public schools of their nation. We will be assisting Jay and Nancy Dickerson, who are the directors of the A/G Spanish speaking language school named Cincel. This trip will be unique because we will be able to train all of missionaries who are preparing to go to Spanish-speaking countries.
As always, please know that our office is here to serve you. Please be in prayer as we begin this journey together. Pray that God will supply all of the finances for each team member, and that He will open doors like never before for ministry in Costa Rica and other Spanish-speaking countries, and that He will continue to bless Jay and Nancy. Please also be in prayer that God will help us to find the best deals available on travel so that we can free up the greatest amount of money in order to reach children in Costa Rica and supply them with Character Connex.

A. Purpose
As we work alongside missionaries Jay and Nancy Dickerson, our purpose will be five-fold:
1. To launch Character Connex within the country by training local leaders to present the program.
2. To present Character Connex school assemblies in public schools in Costa Rica alongside local teams.
3. To be involved with and assist Jay and Nancy with outreaches and with their day-to-day ministry.
4. To conduct children’s ministry training for the nationals.
5. To train all of the missionaries in language school to take Character Connex to their countries.
